ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Documenting financial transactions
- Preparing financial statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Manage finance team on the island
- To perform daily reconciliation on credit card between posting and settlement report
- To ensure cashier banking reconciles with the system receipting
- Ensure that daily night audit complete successfully
- Night audit together with all other reports are emailed on a timely manner
- To manage petty cash and float on the island
- Ensure AR records are properly maintained Voucher for each AR invoice to be received and attached with respective guest invoice
- Ensure Contractor billing are emailed on time
- Day tripper billings are well maintained and send to agent in a timely manner
- Follow up with the reservation/front office on all house accounts
- To ensure that for all direct booking guest, the accountant is cleared before departure
- Collate information for preparation of financial report and reconciles revenue report on daily basis and report any irregularities
- To ensure that no open dockets are left unattended at each shift end
- Any other duties as assigned by the Department Manage
Responsibilities
- Install Aluminum kitchen carcass; Wood Kitchen, wooden and Artificial counter Top, Aluminum widow frame with glass , external doors and curtain wall, sliding and fix frames
- Using the smart tracking devices
- Help in loading and off loading the unit from the truck to the customer side
