Accommodation Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in accommodation management, facility supervision, hospitality, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in facility inspections, housekeeping coordination, and maintenance scheduling is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of all employee accommodation facilities.
- Allocate rooms and maintain accurate and up-to-date accommodation records.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with the maintenance team, contractors, or relevant departments.
- Monitor housekeeping services and ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
- Address employee accommodation concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, safety standards, and accommodation guidelines.
- Manage inventory of accommodation supplies, furniture, equipment, and other facility assets.
- Prepare reports on accommodation occupancy, maintenance activities, and facility conditions.
- Coordinate room turnovers for new arrivals, transfers, and departures.
- Promote a safe, organized, and comfortable living environment for all employees.
