INSTALLATION ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Must be physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
- Must have a professional license or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant work experience is required.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
- Able to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to learn new skills and adapt to Japanese workplace practices.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation and setup of mechanical or electrical equipment and systems.
- Read and follow technical instructions, drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.
- Assist in assembling, positioning, connecting, and testing equipment during installation.
- Inspect installed equipment and components to ensure proper alignment, connections, and functionality.
- Identify installation issues and report technical problems to supervisors or engineers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments when required.
- Use appropriate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and proper handling practices.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and other team members during installation projects.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
- Complete basic installation records and report work progress.
- Adapt to different work environments and learn new technical procedures quickly.
- Perform other installation and engineering-related duties assigned by management.
