Motorcycle Mechanic

As a Motorcycle Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of motorcycles and motorbikes. You will work in a professional workshop environment, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment.
  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and safety inspections on motorcycles.
  • Repair and replace engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other components.
  • Conduct tune-ups, oil changes, and preventive maintenance services.
  • Inspect and repair fuel, ignition, cooling, and exhaust systems.
  • Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment to identify and resolve issues.
  • Test ride motorcycles when required to verify repairs and performance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  •  Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Experience servicing and repairing various motorcycle brands and models.
  • Ability to use workshop diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and hand tools.
  • Relevant trade qualification in Motorcycle Mechanics or Automotive Technology is preferred.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and follow manufacturer specifications.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be willing to undergo skills assessment and trade testing if required.
  • Ready to provide visa documentation, including a valid passport, police clearance, employment certificates, training records, and educational documents.
