MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Electro-Mechanical – Production Operations and Engineering)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, preferably within production operations and engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems used in manufacturing operations.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
- Experience working in a plastic factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and electro-mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues.
- Monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and continuous plant operations.
- Conduct inspections and identify potential equipment failures or operational problems.
- Maintain and repair machinery used in plastic manufacturing and production processes.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of maintenance tools and equipment.
