PROPERTY MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to tenant satisfaction.
- Technical knowledge of property management software and building safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Tenant & Experience Management
- Lead marketing initiatives to attract and retain tenants.
- Screen and evaluate applicant qualifications.
- Execute lease agreements and manage the full move-in and move-out process.
- Ensure an outstanding tenant experience through proactive engagement and resolution of concerns.
- Maintenance & Operations
- Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance activities.
- Manage specialized contractors, including security and landscaping services.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain optimal condition.
- Financial Oversight
- Collect rent and ensure timely payments.
- Set competitive rental rates based on market analysis.
- Prepare annual budgets and provide detailed financial reports to ownership.
- Legal & Compliance
- Ensure properties comply with all safety codes and landlord-tenant laws.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and legal purposes.
- Team Leadership
- Coach, counsel, and discipline facilities and administrative staff.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure KPIs are met.
- Oversee property turnover processes including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
