ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational, trading, telecom, or BPO service industry.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related fields.
- Strong accounts receivable and credit management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in billing and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve billing or account issues.
- Monitor customer credit and outstanding balances, ensuring timely collection.
- Prepare accurate reports for management review and financial tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support customer account management and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
