Cooperheat Saudi Arabia Co Ltd specializes in advanced thermal processing solutions for the oil, gas, and heavy industrial sectors. We are seeking a skilled and motivated PWHT Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to the reliable operation of our equipment.

Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) Equipment Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering OR Technical Institute Certificate in Electrical/Industrial Electronics.
  • Experience in industrial electrical maintenance is preferred.
  • Background in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industrial control panels and basic PLC programming.
  • Knowledge of power electronics, transformers, and SCR/thyristor systems.
  • Basic understanding of PID control, temperature control systems, and industrial power distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on PWHT equipment.
  • Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently according to company and industry standards.
  • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of electrical and control systems.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues to the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
