FRUIT CARVING ARTIST

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of working experience in fruit carving, preferably in hotels, luxury events, or VIP settings.
• Must have certification or formal training in Culinary Arts, Food Decoration, or a related field.
• Must be a Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree holder.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create artistic fruit carvings and decorative displays for various events and occasions.
• Customize fruit arrangements based on themes, client preferences, and event requirements.
• Ensure all displays meet high standards of presentation and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of food in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to achieve desired visual outcomes.
