Dominion Wire & Cables PTE Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient management of warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and support smooth logistics processes.

Warehouse Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least College-level education.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience supervising warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and inventory movements.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean warehouse environments.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training, coaching, and guidance.
• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures, health, and safety regulations.
  Assist in planning and optimizing warehouse layout and workflow.
• Maintain inventory records and support periodic audits.
• Report operational issues to management and propose improvements.
