WAREHOUSE OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material control (industrial or construction environment preferred)
• Knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, industrial or offshore support environment
• Understanding of safety regulations and warehouse best practices

Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites
• Inspect incoming shipments for quantity and quality compliance
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of materials according to company and regulatory standards
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
• Prepare documentation for shipments, inventory reports, and stock audits
• Support procurement and logistics teams in materials planning and replenishment
