Almona Plastics Products Manufacturing Ltd. Co is seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and equipment. The role involves assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

JUNIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Vocational or technical graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in machine maintenance or industrial environment is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in advanced maintenance procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
  • Good teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of production machines and equipment
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
  • Support senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving equipment faults
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and maintenance requests
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance area
