IT ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3–5 years of work experience in L3 IT support within managed IT or service delivery environments
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure administration
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 IT support and troubleshooting for end-users and systems
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure services
• Perform system configuration, updates, and security management
• Monitor IT systems performance and implement improvements as needed
• Assist in IT project implementation, deployment, and upgrades
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures are in place
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently
