CNC Operator
Borderless Talent is seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator with extensive experience in turning and milling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mazak machines and controls, as well as the ability to program and produce high-quality components for small series or piecework production.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC turning and/or milling
- At least 5 years of experience with Mazak controls and machines
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming for piecework or small series production
- Experience working with stainless steel, tool steel, and plastic materials
- Vocational graduate
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC turning and milling machines
- Program Mazak machines for piecework and small batch production
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform precision machining on materials such as stainless steel, tool steel, and plastics
- Ensure products meet quality standards and tolerances
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Follow workplace safety and operational procedures
