Production Supervisor
Qualifications:
- College graduate in a relevant course.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in production coordination and workflow planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently.
Lead, motivate, and manage production staff to maintain high performance and productivity. - Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth workflow.
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and hygiene practices.
- Coordinate with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and logistics.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Promote a safe and organized work environment in line with operational standards.
