Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• College graduate in a relevant course.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in production coordination and workflow planning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently.
  Lead, motivate, and manage production staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and hygiene practices.
• Coordinate with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment in line with operational standards.
