Factory Worker

Qualifications:

• Experience in a factory or production environment is an advantage.
• Ability to handle chemical substances safely.
• Knowledge or experience in machine maintenance and inspection.
• Attention to detail for product quality inspection and measurement.
• Willingness to work night shifts in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operator Role:
  • Handle chemical substances safely following company protocols.
  • Perform machine cleaning and maintenance inspections.
  • Inspect product appearance and perform measurements to ensure quality standards
• Technician Role:
  • Handle chemical substances and ensure safe usage.
  • Conduct equipment cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform product appearance inspections and measurements.
  • Execute equipment-related improvement projects.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: 19:30 – 07:30 (includes 2 hours of break time)
• Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 2 days off
• Dress Code: Must wear cleanroom garments

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: NT$29,500
