Senior Team Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the same industry
• Must possess a TESDA NC II Training Certificate relevant to the position applied for
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting abilities
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced operations environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operational teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Oversee daily operations and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports
• Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth and productive operations
• Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
