Team Leader (Stockman)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the same industry
• Must possess a TESDA NC II Training Certificate relevant to the position applied for
  Safety-conscious and reliable
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and coordination skills for farm operations
• Able to supervise and guide staff in daily livestock and stock activities

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the stockman team for efficient livestock and stock operations
• Monitor animal health, feeding, and welfare
• Coordinate daily tasks and workflows to ensure smooth farm operations
• Ensure compliance with farm safety standards and operational procedures
• Maintain records of livestock, inventory, and operational activities
• Provide training and guidance to team members on proper animal care and stock handling
