Unit Herdsman

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the same industry
• Must possess a TESDA NC II Training Certificate relevant to the position applied for
• Safety-conscious and reliable
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills for farm operations
• Able to monitor and manage livestock health and welfare

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily care of livestock
• Monitor animal health, feeding, and general well-being
• Assist in farm operations and site tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with farm safety standards and procedures
• Coordinate with farm management and other staff to maintain efficient and smooth operations
• Maintain records of livestock, feeding schedules, and health reports
