Workshop Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the same industry
• Must possess a TESDA NC II Training Certificate relevant to the position applied for
• Skilled in maintenance and workshop operations
• Experienced in equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledgeable in safety compliance in industrial or farm facilities
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise workshop staff and maintenance activities
• Ensure proper repair, maintenance, and servicing of vehicles and equipment
• Monitor workshop operations, tools, and spare parts inventory
• Implement preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
• Maintain maintenance records and reports
• Coordinate with farm management to ensure efficient equipment performance
