We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our workshop team. This role requires the successful candidate to perform high-quality repair and restoration of vehicle bodywork. You will be responsible for repairing dents, scratches, and other damage to vehicle panels using a variety of tools and techniques.

PANEL BEATER / AUTO DENTER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Panel Beater in a dealership, workshop, or service center environment.
  • Hands-on experience with both light and heavy vehicles.
  • Ability to work with a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and fiberglass.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and restore vehicle bodywork, ensuring vehicles are returned to their original condition.
  • Use various tools (manual and power tools) to reshape, repair, or replace vehicle panels.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with service advisors, mechanics, and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety standards.
  • Inspect vehicles for additional damage or areas that may need attention.
  • Assist with other workshop duties as required.
