Wailoaloa Hotel Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager (Retail) to oversee retail operations in the Fiji Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the retail team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

General Manager (Retail)

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar field
• Ability to provide a Certificate of Employment as proof of experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and positive work attitude
• Willing to work in the Fiji Islands

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of retail outlets
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  Prepare reports on sales, operations, and overall store performance
