SECRETARY

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (printers, scanners).
• Ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining calendars, booking meeting rooms, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing appointments.
• Preparing reports, memos, and presentations, taking meeting minutes, and updating databases
• Welcoming clients/visitors, ordering supplies, and implementing office procedures.
• Filing, organizing documents, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive records.
