LINE COOK

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum 3 years professional cooking experience
• Asian cuisine expertise preferred, especially Japanese, Thai, or Korean
• Must have a valid passport
• Must be fit-to-work and willing to work in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and portion control
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
• Specialize in Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese, Thai, or Korean dishes
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Assist in inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 1,600
• Free meals and accommodations

• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
