RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in a Casual or Fine Dining setting
• Must have a valid passport
• Must be fit-to-work and willing to work in the UAE
• Must have attained a Degree or Diploma (DFA apostilled and MOFA attested for compliance)
• Must provide Certificates of Employment (COEs) or Letters of Recommendation
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle high-volume dining operations and maintain service standards

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Supervise staff performance and provide coaching or training when needed
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for efficient workflow
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage staff scheduling and shift coordination
• Assist in inventory control and reporting as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 2,200

Requirements:

• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
