RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in a Casual or Fine Dining setting
- Must have a valid passport
- Must be fit-to-work and willing to work in the UAE
- Must have attained a Degree or Diploma (DFA apostilled and MOFA attested for compliance)
- Must provide Certificates of Employment (COEs) or Letters of Recommendation
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle high-volume dining operations and maintain service standards
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Supervise staff performance and provide coaching or training when needed
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for efficient workflow
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage staff scheduling and shift coordination
- Assist in inventory control and reporting as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: AED 2,200
