PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Requires 5–7 years’ project management experience
• Strong technical understanding of construction processes, and proven capability in driving project milestones.

Responsibilities:

• The role manages contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, monitors progress, ensures quality and safety compliance, and handles approvals and reporting.
• Ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
• Will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned development and construction projects
