HDPE Pipe Layer (Team Leader)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HDPE pipe laying
• Knowledge in temporary works or shoring
• Knowledge in welding & testing HDPE
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with laying concrete pipes
• Familiarity with site equipment, including hand tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a crew of pipe layers and other workers involved in the pipe laying process.
• Communicate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Read blueprints and plans to mark out the work area and prepare trenches using machinery.
• Supervise the laying of pipes, ensuring they are properly positioned and secured.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the pipe laying process.
• Ensure work is completed to the required standards and that all safety protocols are followed on the job site.
