STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Applicant will assigned to work in PNS (Private Nursing Services)

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients to determine what their ongoing physical, mental and emotional needs are
• Creating care plans that outline the services and treatments that patients will receive
• Administering medications orally, intravenously or via injection or inhaler
• Monitoring and tracking patient vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature
• Performing services and treatments, such as cleaning wounds, changing catheters and caring for ostomy sites
• Coordinating care with Physicians, Therapists, Social Workers and other medical professionals
• Educating patients and family caregivers about managing chronic health conditions
• Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding private medical information
