Welder/Metal Fabricator

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable and relevant experience will be required.
• Good communication skills in English, motivated & reliable
• Must be flexible to work in any location in New Zealand
• Must have a verifiable documents and all should be original papers

Responsibilities:

• Can fabricate, install and repair metal products such as vents, handrails, boilers, aircraft and boat parts, or beams and girders for construction
  projects
• Can read and interpret engineering blueprints • Constructing base templates if necessary
• Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines • Setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears
• Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work
