MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Diploma or equivalent; degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in maintenance and management roles.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise maintenance staff, provide training, and assign tasks.
• Preventive
  Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime .
• Repairs: Oversee repair work for machinery, buildings, and related equipment.
• Budget Management: Monitor maintenance budgets and manage inventory of tools and supplies .
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
• Troubleshooting: Identify issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve maintenance problems quickly .
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports for management.
• Communication: Coordinate with other departments to understand maintenance needs and priorities .
