Electronics Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Electronics Engineer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of linear circuit design, electronic systems, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electronic schematics, technical drawings, and circuit diagrams.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not required.
- Age: 25 to 40 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and improve electronic circuits and power supply products, particularly Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) systems.
- Perform circuit analysis, simulation, prototyping, and validation to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Develop and optimize linear circuit designs based on product specifications and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, circuit, and electronic component issues during product development and production.
- Conduct product testing, failure analysis, and root cause investigations to improve product quality and reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, circuit diagrams, specifications, and test procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality assurance, and procurement, throughout the product development cycle.
- Support manufacturing processes by providing technical guidance and resolving engineering-related production issues.
- Evaluate new electronic components and technologies to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects as assigned.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
