PAINTER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepares, primes, sands, seals, patches and paints furniture, surfaces, buildings, and fixtures utilizing all types of painting materials such as varnish, lacquer, shellac, enamel, latex, epoxy, water-proofing and heat resistant finishes
- Ensures compliance with approved color palettes
- Adjusts colors when necessary & Operates, cleans and maintains all painting equipment, including brush, roll, sprayers and pumps
- Experience in applying lacquers, enamels, oil and water based paints, stains, and special finishes using various application methods to include but not limited to air syphon spray booth, airless sprayer, and brush and roller
Responsibilities:
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
