FACILITY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Must have at least 2 years experience
• With passport valid at least 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee maintenance operations to ensure facilities are properly maintained and operational.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and standards.
• Manage and train maintenance staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve any maintenance-related issues
• Extensive experience in maintenance management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
