MEP QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• With International/Abroad Experience and At least 6 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works
• Proficiency in understanding electrical drawings and using AutoCAD
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and quality of work
• Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly Valuation/Interim Payment Certificates for Sub-contractors
• Preparation of project budget, forecast, and cash flow
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
• Daily Progress Reports and milestone tracking
• Joint physical site measurement and quantity reconciliation with the client representative
• Preparation of Material Take-off (MTO) for project planning and budgeting
• Verification of change order requests and documentation
• Preparation of payment certificates for Sub-contractors
• Cost estimates and commercial tender preparation
• Claims verification and documentation
• Daily permit to work tracking and documentation
• Weekly materials report and control
• Communication of discrepancies in quantities with Project Control Lead
• Packaging of contract and other important documents during pre-contract stages

• Nbi clearance
