Facilities Supervisor – HVAC

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in managing HVAC systems in luxury properties
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and indoor air quality standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Advanced technical certification or diploma in HVAC Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• As the HVAC Supervisor at Sindalah, you will oversee the HVAC maintenance team, ensuring optimal indoor air quality and climate control across all facilities.
• Your role involves managing preventive and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to the island’s overall comfort
• You will lead a team of HVAC technicians to maintain the luxury standards expected by our VIP guests.
• Supervise the HVAC maintenance team to ensure high-performance delivery
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance tasks for HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
• Oversee quality control of HVAC installations and repairs
• Train, mentor, and supervise HVAC technicians to maintain high standards of performance and safety
• Manage work orders, maintenance records, and budgets
• Coordinate with the HVAC Engineer on major HVAC projects and upgrades
