ELV Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance within high-end environments
• Solid understanding of ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control
• Technical certification or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly skilled team
• Professional appearance, upholding Sindalah’s luxurious image
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced maintenance and optimization of ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and other security systems
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs of ELV equipment
• Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and schedules
• Support the ELV Supervisor in coordinating major repairs and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
• Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of safety and technical excellence
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
