HVAC Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance within high-end environments
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures
• Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly skilled team
• Professional appearance, upholding Sindalah’s luxurious image
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance HVAC systems, ensuring exceptional indoor climate control
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues promptly
• Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient HVAC solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
