Architecture Draftsperson

Qualifications:

• This job requires male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With experience in high-rise buildings of at least 25 floors.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for high-rise buildings, considering structural, functional, and aesthetic requirements.
• Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and other drafting tools.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints.
• Participate in design meetings and contribute valuable insights to the overall project development.
• Stay informed about building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements relevant to high-rise construction.
• Ensure that all drafted plans and designs comply with local and international building standards.
• Develop detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and address design and construction challenges during the drafting process.
• Work collaboratively to find practical solutions that meet both design intent and structural requirements.
• Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of work.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and technical details to project team members.
• Address inquiries and provide clarification to contractors and construction teams during the building phase.
• Stay current with advancements in architectural drafting technologies and methodologies.
• Integrate innovative tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and precision of drafting processes.
