Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• With experience in International Cuisine especially Asian Cuisine (Wok, Sushi, etc.)
• With extensive knowledge in food preparation, creating menus for Javanese cuisine, and handling the whole kitchen operations
• Preferably with solid experience in fine dining restaurants, sushi, wok and robata grill

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items
• Developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus
• Collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to set item prices Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry
• Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
• Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed

Arabian Machinery & Heavy Equipment Company (AMHEC) is working in the field of Crane Rental, Heavy Lifting, Transportation, and Heavy Equipment Rental Services since 2008. An impressive beginning in the field of facility management has also started since 2017 in major rig sites in Kingdom in Saudi Arabia for well-known ARAMCO contractors.

We have a fleet of more than 200 medium and large sized Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cranes with capacity ranging from 50 tons to 500 tons. Transportation fleet consists of low-bed and flat-bed trailers and Heavy Equipment Rental including earth moving equipment and forklifts.

Our manpower consists of Rigging Supervisors, Crane Operators, Trailer Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and Riggers. All our crane operators and Heavy Equipment operators are having valid Saudi Government License. Our Crane Operators are also having Saudi Aramco Crane Operator Certification and valid third-party license. We have Saudi Aramco Certified Riggers as well.

Our clientele includes Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SCECO, LSTK Electro Mechanical Contractors and its subcontractors.
