Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications:
- Male applicants
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Technically Qualified (HNC min) in Quality Surveying / Cost Management Consideration given to MEP
- Engineers with demonstrable commercial Express
- Experience with in MEP Contracting Organization
- Commercially astute, Numerate, risk averse and able to accurately forecast and sales.
- Multi-Tasking, Self-Motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Have a good practical organization skill, planning of resources and programme scheduling.
- Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities
- Computer Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrate Experience in EPC Contracts
Job Description:
- To Carry out monthly valuations off work in progress, including forecasting of final cost
- Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
- Measure value, submit and negotiate contracts variations.
- Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matter including reviewing and drafting of correspondence
- Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts.
- Commercial vetting of subcontractor tenders and contracts.
- Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts
- Ensure that business commercial process are adhered to at project level
- Assist in preparation and adhere to project
- Purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
