Our employer Turu Value Ltd is in need of the following:

Building Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• With knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical works, etc. purely more on building maintenance works and supervision for staffs

Job Description:

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
• Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
• Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.

Requirements:

• Detailed RESUME
• Certificate of Employment ( if available)
• Candidate must have ready passport
