Footmark Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop its sales team in the Maldives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, setting targets, coaching sales representatives, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong sales management and business development skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and lead sales representatives.
- Experience in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Able to analyze sales reports, performance data, market trends, and customer information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve objectives.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling customer concerns and resolving sales-related issues.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet sales deadlines and targets.
- Proficient in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
- Hire, train, coach, and manage sales representatives.
- Set individual and team sales targets based on company objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and market information to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, performance summaries, and management updates.
- Track sales targets, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and overall team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and motivation to sales representatives to improve their performance.
- Identify training needs and arrange appropriate coaching and development activities.
- Monitor customer accounts, sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition initiatives.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and assist the sales team in resolving issues professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales and customer service operations.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, products, services, and promotional strategies.
- Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and other relevant documentation.
- Review team performance against targets and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Support the development of sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and performance-oriented sales environment.
- Perform other sales management and business development duties assigned by management.
