Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Inspector to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable engineering codes. The role involves conducting inspections, maintaining quality records, and supporting the implementation of the project’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program.

QA/QC INSPECTOR

Qualifications:

• Male or Female.
• Maximum age of 42 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Quality Management.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in QA/QC inspection, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience in database management, data entry, and maintaining quality records and database logs.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on construction works, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, inspection test plans (ITPs), and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action documentation.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and project tolerances.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection logs, and quality documentation.
• Manage database entries and ensure proper recording, tracking, and filing of inspection data.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company quality management systems.
• Prepare regular quality reports and support internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Salary and Benefits:

• AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
