CNC OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
• Knowledge of FANUC or SIEMENS control systems is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Basic understanding of measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Responsible, proactive, and a team player
• Willing to attend on-site written examination as part of the selection process

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce precise parts
• Monitor machine operations and ensure high-quality output
• Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Maintain CNC machines, including routine cleaning and minor adjustments
• Report machine malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting
• Follow safety protocols and company standards during operations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
