COOK (INTERNATIONAL CUISINE)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Cook
• Experience in hospitality or hotel kitchen operations is required
• No minimum educational attainment required
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in preparing international cuisine, including appetizers and desserts
• Strong attention to detail in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Ability to properly use kitchen utensils, equipment, and appliances
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes, regulations, and kitchen procedures accurately
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious work attitude

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes, appetizers, and desserts according to established recipes and regulations
• Ensure the correctness, quality, and consistency of all food served
• Properly and responsibly use kitchen utensils, equipment, and appliances
• Follow workplace safety measures and hygiene standards at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor food storage and ingredient usage to minimize waste
