OTCINC Sdn Bhd is hiring a Pizza Hut Area Coach / Multi-Unit Manager responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and strong leadership development across all units. The role focuses on driving business growth, maintaining brand standards, and developing high-performing management teams.

PIZZA HUT AREA COACH / MULTI UNIT MANAGER

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management.
At least 2 years in a multi-unit or leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven ability to manage financial performance (sales, costs, profitability).
Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple Pizza Hut locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Analyze business performance data (sales, costs, productivity) and implement improvement strategies.
Develop and execute area-level business plans aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coach, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and leadership teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure proper training and alignment of teams with company standards.
Drive consistent delivery of high-quality products, services, and customer experience.
Lead meetings with unit managers to review performance and action plans.
Monitor financial performance including sales, costs, and profitability across units.
