The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to help build relationships with customers and drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Basic math skills to process transactions and handle cash.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
• Provide customer support, including handling inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve store objectives.
