Dominion Wire & Cables PTE Ltd. is looking for an experienced Inventory Officer to manage inventory levels and ensure the smooth operation of stock control in the warehouse. This position will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring stock availability, and supporting logistics operations.

Inventory Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least College-level education.
• Proven experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., ERP, SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory records and ensure they are up to date.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation of physical inventory against system records.
  Monitor inventory movements and ensure efficient stock management.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of stock in the warehouse.
• Process inventory requests, stock transfers, and returns.
• Assist with the procurement process and ensure timely order deliveries.
• Use inventory management software (ERP, SAP) to track and update stock levels.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure stock levels meet operational needs.
• Address discrepancies in inventory and investigate any variances.
