Team Manager – RO Plant

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the same industry
  • Must possess a TESDA NC II Training Certificate relevant to the position applied for
  • Skilled in RO plant maintenance, workshop operations, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledgeable in safety compliance in industrial or farm facilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the RO Plant team in daily operations
  • Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of RO plant systems
  • Ensure proper maintenance schedules for all RO systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with water filtration systems
  • Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Maintain inventory and procure necessary materials and equipment for the RO Plant
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure efficient plant operations and water supply systems
