Senior Automotive Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience, preferably in a dealership, workshop, or service center
• Hands-on experience with both heavy and light vehicles
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment
• Willing to work in the Fiji Islands

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in heavy and light vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of vehicles
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards
• Maintain proper records of work performed and parts used
• Assist in supervising and mentoring junior technicians if needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle conditions and repairs
